This funky studio apartment is located in the basement of a warehouse building that was originally used as a Framery workshop in the 1920's. This studio is presented to a high standard, offering partitioned sleeping area, and separate shower room, sleeps 1-3.

Located in the fashionable area of Hoxton (zone 1) transport links include Old Street Station underground, Liverpool Street mainline station, and there are 24hr bus links for easy access across London. The ever buzzing Hoxton Square is just around the corner. In the heart of Shoreditch, East London's cool shops, trendy bars and popular restaurants are all in the neighbourhood. The markets of Columbia Road, Spitalfields, and Brick Lane are a short walk away.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation must be given in writing. Any cancellations made: Normal cancellation will incur a penalty of 10% of total rent + City Living Apt´s administration cost of 15 pounds. 1 month prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 42% of the total rent. 15 days - 29 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 62% of the total rent. 2 weeks or less prior to arrival there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
