  • Age restrictions: Minimum age is 24 years. Family with children are welcome.

  • Where to pickup keys: Owner will meet you at the apartment when you arrive and hand over keys.
  • Cleaning included: You are expected to leave the apartment as you found it.
  • Smokers: Smoking is strictly forbidden. This may result in a fine.
  • Check-out time conditions on depature: Late check out is possible depending on when next guest arrives.
  • Additional Conditions: If there is a smaller gap inbetween bookings you are welcome to book 3 nights. Please check first.

There is a double bed (140 cm wide) with futon matress. And a sleeping loft (120 cm wide) which is slightly slimmer than a double. It works for 2 smaller persons or a couple. So you could sleep 2 adults and 2 children in this apartment.

The Area

Its a great area to live in, lots of cafe and, restaurants. 2 min to the water and 5 to the subway.

Special Requierments/Additional Comments

A safety deposit of 150 euro needs to be payed in cash at check in. Will be returned at check out.
