All cancellation must be given in writing. Any cancellations made: Normal cancellation will incur a penalty of 10% of total rent + City Living Apt´s administration cost of 15 pounds. 1 month prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 42% of the total rent. 15 days - 29 days prior to arrival will incur a penalty of 62% of the total rent. 2 weeks or less prior to arrival there is no refund. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.
