The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. Open air kitchen/living room and dining space. There is a balcony next to the dining space and there is also a roof terrace which you can reach from the intern stairway in the building. A popular apartment rental choice on Mallorca among families with children and bigger groups as there is plenty of space and it´s well equipped. There is air condition.

3 bedrooms. Two of them has double beds and the third has 2 single beds.

The Area

Only 600 meters to the grocery store, close to the beach and the center in Puerto Pollença. The apartment is in a quiet and calm area where it´s easy to park the car if needed. Puerto Pollença is a travel destination in the north part of Mallorca which attracts families and couples who are looking for a calm place to relax on. You have the long beaches and a very cozy atmosphere. This place is not as busy as Alcudia but just as beautiful!
