- Pets Accepted: No pets allowed.

- Rental Payment Method to the contact person: Paid in advance with creditcard.
- Check-in time: After 2 pm.
- Check-out time: Before 11 am.
- Safety Deposit: On the morning of check in we need to be able to reserve 2000 sek (about 200 euros) on the card that you made the booking with, please make sure this is possible. The safety deposit is released a few days after check out. If we can´t reserve the safety deposit on your card you need to hand over the same amount (any currency) in cash at check in.
- Age restrictions: Minimum age is 24 years old.
- Check-in time conditions on arrival: For late check-in there is an extra fee. After 8 pm = 200 SEK, after 10 pm = 400 SEK, after 12.30 am = 600 SEK. This needs to be payed in cash at check in!
- Where to pickup keys: CLA staff will most likely meet you at the apartment. In some cases you will need to come to the office and pick up keys.
- Cleaning included: Final cleaning is included. You are just expected to leave the apartment tidy with no left over dishes or garbage.
- Smokers: No smoking. Strictly forbidden.
