Apartment description

The apartment is located on the second floor of an old 17th century building, where all the charm is preserved with its stairs and handrails made with original timber. It has 40m2; one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Wardrobes, armchairs and lamps are part of the decoration. The double-glazed windows, which overlook the street, give the apartment all the silence needed. The studio is also equipped with high speed WIFI, cable TV, a full equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, cooking utensils and washing machine. The bathroom connects with the bedroom and it has a powerful shower and bathtub.

The Area

The historic district of Marais is 5 minutes walking from one of the oldest squares in Paris, the Place de Vosges where shopping and going to the cafes around the neighbourhood is a luxury for few! This typical Parisian region has great shops, restaurants and boutiques as well as easy access to public transportation (metro 3 minutes walking) and numerous sights by walking distance: like Ile Saint Louis and Notre Dame 5 minutes, the Bastille and Pompidou Museum 10 minutes, the Louvre and Saint Germain des Prés 15 minutes, plus many other options in the neighbourhood and museum exhibitions.
