The apartment is on the fourth and fifth floor with a total area of 110 square meters. A luxury penthouse apartment, located in the heart of Reykjavik. The apartment is located in the city centre of Reykjavik, capital of Iceland, offering a wonderful opportunity to explore Reykjavik´s best restaurants, cafés, galleries, museums, shops and boutiques. Close by you will for example find many of the best art galleries and shops in Reykjavik that offer clothes by Icelandic designers.

The Area

The apartment is located in Reykjavik´s lively downtown area, close to Hallgrimskirkja; the biggest church in Iceland. Hallgrimskirkja´s name refers to Hallgrimur Petursson, a reverend and hymn writer from the 16th century who wrote the beautiful hymns "Passiusalmar". The church is a great landmark, as it is visible from all over Reykjavik. Within 3 minutes walking distance you will also find very good restaurants, cafés, museums, cinema, galleries, theater, library and an indoor swimming pool. A bit further you will find two outdoor swimming pools and health spas.
