- Rental Payment Method to the contact person: Paid in advance with creditcard.
- Check-in time: After 2pm.
- Check-out time: Before 11am.
- Safety Deposit: 0-2 days prior to check in we need to be able to reserve 2000 sek (about 200 euros) on the card that you made the booking with, please make sure this is possible. The safety deposit is released a few days after check out. If we can´t reserve the safety deposit on your card you need to pay a deposit through our website and this extra transaction costs 150 sek or you can hand over the same amount in cash at check in and a 300 sek fee will be applied to transfer the money back to you after check out.
- Age restrictions: Minimum age is 24 years old.
- Check-in time conditions on arrival: For late check-in there is an extra fee. After 8 pm = 200 SEK, after 10 pm = 400 SEK, after 12.00 am = 600 SEK. This needs to be payed in cash at check in!
- Where to pickup keys: CLA staff will most likely meet you at the property. In some cases you will need to come by our office to pick up the keys.
- Cleaning included: Final cleaning is included. You are just expected to leave the apartment tidy with no left over dishes or garbage.
- Smokers: Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment. This will result in a fine.

Very modern and luminous apartment in the charming St Eriksplan. Fits perfectly 2 people.Sleeping Arrangement
One double bed (140 cm wide).The Area
St Eriksplan is located in the Vasastan area which is one of the most popular areas among Stockholm locals. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, some bars and boutiques. The Arlanda airport bus stops right there. You have the subway station St Eriksplan as well as many buses passing by. Walking distance to central station and it takes about 15 minutes.Special Requierments/Additional Comments
One pillow + One blanket included per person in all bookings. One set bed linen included + one set of towels included per person (1 small towel + 1 big towel per person) up until 7 night bookings. For longer than 7 night bookings a double set of towels is provided extra per person and after 10 night bookings a double bed linen set is also provided. ***Feel free to bring extra towels, pillows or bed linen if you need more. Extra towels cost 50 sek per set/per person, extra bed linen costs 100 sek per set/per person and it should be ordered at least 1 day before the check in day.Share this apartment
