- Rental Payment Method to the contact person: Cash in SEK to greeter on arrival or advance banktransfer if more than 10 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in time: After 2 pm.
- Check-out time: Before 11 am.
- Safety Deposit: On the morning of check in we need to be able to reserve 2000 sek (about 200 euros) on the card that you made the booking with, please make sure this is possible. The safety deposit is released a few days after check out. If we can´t reserve the safety deposit on your card you need to hand over the same amount (any currency) in cash at check in.
- Age restrictions: Minimum age is 24 years old.
- Check-in time conditions on arrival: For check-in after 8 pm there is an extra cost of 200 sek and after 11pm 350 sek. This is payed cash to the greeter.
- Where to pickup keys: CLA staff will most likely meet you at the property. In some cases you will need to come by our office to pick up the keys.
- Cleaning included: Final cleaning is included. You are just expected to leave the apartment tidy with no left over dishes or garbage.
- Smokers: No smoking in the apartment. This will result in a fine.
- Check-out time conditions on depature: Late check out is possible depending on when next guest arrives.

Roomy apartment, perfect for a family, couple or friends! Located in the cozy Sankt Eriksplan with many restaurants and cafés. Closeness to the water, nice strolls and also the main city area. Very popular location among Stockholm locals. The apartment has wifi, flatscreen, a large sofa and dining table for 8 persons.Sleeping Arrangement
One big, comfortable double bed (180 cm wide). A smaller child can share this with 2 adults. Otherwise a 3rd and a 4th person can sleep on the sofa, which is quite big as well.The Area
St Eriksplan is located in the Vasastan area which is one of the most popular areas among Stockholm locals. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, some bars and boutiques. The Arlanda airport bus stops right there. You have the subway station St Eriksplan as well as many buses passing by.
